Customer Experience Advisors
Blue Banana is growing its team, growing our business and having a huge amount of fun doing it. We are now looking to recruit customer experience-sales representatives. If you embody Blue Banana's brand and core-values then you could be the person we're looking for.
Core Skills:
- Ability to prioritise
- Pays attention to the finer details
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Good PC skills especially Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
Key Competencies:
- Must have a strong desire to help or serve others to meet their needs.
- Understanding of our customers and their requirements and being able to match the service offered to these requirements.
- The ability to maintain and nurture customer relationships based on in-depth knowledge of the customer's wants and needs.
- The ability to sell products and services over the phone in an efficient manner that recognises the time constraints of customers.
- Ability to effectively handle complaints to ensure that customer satisfaction is met while balancing the cost.
